Salicylic Acid or Benzoyl Peroxide? (Pertaining to Facial Cleansers)? - benzoyl peroxide facial cleanser
What is the difference? Which is better? T-Does my skin type? If you have only one or the other?
Proactiv is the only cleanser that contains benzoyl peroxide - and all the disadvantages of salicylic acid-containing cleaning?
Aveeno clear complexion foaming detergent containing salicylic acid 0.5%. Nuetrogena contains 2.5%. This would mean Neutrogena is the best?

Salicylic acid works by the fact that the dead skin of dead skin cells to prevent clogged pores. Benzoyl peroxide works by cleaning and drying of the skin helping to stop the oil production that contribute to acne. It really depends on your skin to determine which product is best for you, there is no better than another is really a matter of personal preference and what your skin.
From my experience has worked best for me benzoyl peroxide. I use Neutrogena face wash and moisturizer proactiv (proactiv moisturizer can be very expensive if purchased separately) will Moisturizer Proactiv is the only fight I found that hydrating benzoyl peroxide in it and works very well. You can buy benzoyl peroxide face cleaning rods to 5% and 10% of the resistance on the counter, but can make the skin dry.
0.5% and 2.5%, different concentrations of salicylic acid in each product. Neutrogena 2.5% in the only way that is stronger, not necessarily better. It depends wholly orn How your skin reacts.
It all depends on your skin type. Benzoyl peroxide works best for me. and salicylic acid works best on my BF to buy two and use one side of the face and one to the other side of face.and you can see what works best. I want to buy Neutrogena.
For me, acid salicyic work better, but it depends on your skin type.
